Today I fell at work; I slipped on the kitchen floor and landed on my elbows and back, twisted my knee and other parts…it’s been a few hours and I can tell that I’m going to be in a world of hurt tomorrow. I had to be peeled off the floor by one of my coworkers. I hope everything untwists itself sooner rather than later.

My trainer had to modify my workout today; my upper-back was too sore for rows and supporting a heavy barbell. Instead there was a lot of planks, lunges, and leg lifts.
