Greek Salad With Shrimp

This salad was my post-workout recovery salad today; it has about 375 calories, 35 grams of protein and 15 carbs:

2 cups raw baby spinach
20 cooked, peeled, tail-off shrimp
7 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup seedless cucumber (skin on)
1 tbsp sliced black olives
2 tbsp homemade balsamic vinaigrette
35g light feta cheese

Toss it all together and enjoy!
