Rut-tastic!

Basically since the competition, I’ve been in a huge rut. 

I have still been going to the gym, but with less frequency, and I’ve been eating a shameful amount of simple carbohydrates. My mood is down and I’m feeling pretty crappy physically. 

It’s time for me to get back into the swing of things–remind myself how much I love living a healthy, active lifestyle, and get back to it. I picked a shit time of year to reaffirm my fit lifestyle goals, so I’m not going to be too hard on myself, but I am going to eat and move mindfully.
